Important informations

The rent is established for the number of people within the described capacity of the house.
The limit of established persons must be respected. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to the end of the rent immediately and loss of rent already paid.
The only exception allowed, if necessary, within the agreed price is a maximum of 1 child up to 7 years old per room, sleeping in the same parents' bed.
Any other situation and / or request must be explicitly requested and approved in advance by the hirer.

Not included in price:

Electricity consumed. At the beginning of the stay, during the check-in, along with the clients, the clock is written. At the end of the stay, check-out, the energy used is calculated.
The value of energy is the cost value established by the electric company, currently at 0.65 cents / kwh.

Payment

- 50% of the total amount to be paid on reservation

- Payable upon check-in: balance 50% + 800 security deposit *

* The guarantee is a guarantee in case of loss of key (s) or non-delivery of the same (s), loss of controls of the TV, breakage or loss of any object of the house, damage to the home and / or mobiles, etc.
If there is no damage, breakage or loss, the deposit will be returned at the end of your stay upon check-out.
